The classroom is upstairs with no elevator access, cooking stations require standing, and the market tour starts with a journey on Bangkok’s BTS, an elevated train with very few elevators. The crowd tends to be more serious about actually gleaning some culinary knowledge than at other lessons we’ve attended around town.
